Princess/Character Appearances 
We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Boogie Magic Parties, bringing you the opportunity to have a Princess/Character make an appearance at our Pamper Parties. 
Whats included: 
- Enjoy 30 Minutes of enchantment during mealtime, where the princess/character will join you and add an extra touch of magic to the occasion. 
- Meet and greet the Princess/Character and have the chance to interact with them creating unforgettable memories for everyone involved.  
- Delight in a sing along, along with a special rendition of 'Happy Birthday', Making the celebration more memorable and joyful.  
- Capture these precious moments with photo opportunities, allowing you to cherish the memories forever 
 
Terms 
- We cannot guarantee availability for every party therefore we would advise booking early 
- Due to having a large team of characters, Boogie Magic Parties has several performers who provide our Princess/Character services therefore cannot guarantee that the images used for our website will be the same performer at your party.  
 
Food Options 
You may bring your own food, have a no food party or we work closely with 'Luxury Hampers & Platters' who can provide afternoon tea or a children's grazing platter. We have chosen this `supplier due to their high quality food and service. They also have a 5 star Food Hygiene rating. 
For our Wokingham Venue there is also food options with the Chocolate Cafe. Please ask for more info 
Sweet cones are also available from Luxury Hampers & Platters for £2.50 each 
 
If you select YES to the food provided option, 'Luxury Hampers & Platters' will contact you to get the food side of the booking secure for you.

Terms & Policies 
Payments due for your booking: 
 
Deposit - £100 : Due at time of booking to secure your date. 
Final balance- Your final payment will be due 1 week before the party. 
Your deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

Food:

Catherine Taylor ltd does not hold any responsibility for any food allergies, it is the responsibility of the parent organiser to ensure food is safety catered for the children. Please also ensure your cake is in line with any allergy restrictions of the children attending the party. If you select YES to the food provided option, 'Luxury Hampers & Platters' will contact you to get the food side of the booking secure for you.  
 
 
 
OUR POLICIES 
Please note that the children must be supervised at all times and the care of all children is the responsibility of the parent organiser.  
 
**Admission Policy:** 
Our parties are specifically designed for children aged between 3-13 years old. Each party can accommodate a maximum of 15 children. The duration of each party is an hour and a half. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children, we require that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the party. 
We do not advise parents of party guests to stay during the party due to space however for younger or anxious children this is absolutely fine. 
 
**Booking Policy:** 
At the time of booking, a £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and time of the party. The remaining balance should be paid 7 days prior to the event or cash on the day. 
 
**Cancellation Policy:** 
We understand that sometimes plans may change. Unfortunately, if cancellation occurs the deposit will not be refunded due to the preparations already made and holding your date. 
Cancellations by Catherine Taylor Pamper Parties: In the unlikely event that Catherine Taylor or her team need to cancel your party, We will refund the amount paid in full or try to find an alternative date for your party. 
 
**Safety Policy:** 
The safety of your children is our primary concern. All our staff members are trained in first aid and our venue is equipped with a comprehensive first aid kit. Our venue is designed with children's safety in mind, adhering to all required safety standards. 
Please be aware that the responsibility of the children is the parent organiser and we are not responsible for toilet duties. 
 
**Hygiene Policy:** 
We pride ourselves in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. All our tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every use. Our staff follows strict hand washing guidelines and wears appropriate protective gear during treatments. 
 
**Allergen Policy:** 
Disclosure of Allergies: 
To ensure the well-being of all children, it is essential to disclose any allergies before the party. This information allows us to take necessary precautions and provide a safe environment for everyone. 
 
Product and Ingredient Information: 
Upon request, we are happy to provide a detailed list of all products and their ingredients used during our pamper parties. While our product labels indicate their nut-free status, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee the absence of traces of nuts. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to the safety of all attendees. 
 
Nut-Free Environment: 
For the safety of all participants, we kindly request that no food containing nuts be brought to our parties. Despite our efforts to select nut-free products, the possibility of trace elements exists, and your cooperation in this matter is crucial. 
 
Severe Allergies: 
In cases of severe allergies, we strongly advise that a parent or guardian be present with the child throughout the entire party duration. This precaution ensures swift and appropriate action in the event of an allergic reaction. 
 
Your cooperation in adhering to these allergy guidelines is greatly appreciated. If you have any concerns or require additional information, please feel free to contact our team. We prioritize the health and enjoyment of all children attending our pamper parties. 
 
 
**Behavioral Policy:** 
We expect all guests to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner towards our staff and other guests. If any child exhibits disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to end the party early without a refund. 
 
**Privacy Policy:** 
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal information provided by our guests will be used solely for the purpose of organizing the party and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent. 
 
**Food Policy:** 
Catherine Taylor Pamper Parties does not provide food for your parties however we do recommend trusted catering companies. We do not take responsibility for any issues with food

Space 
Please be aware we do not advise all of the childrens parents to stay during the party due to space however for your or anxious children this is absolutely fine 
 
Toilet 
The parent of the party is responsible of taking all children to the toilet 
 
Food 
We recommend using Luxury Hampers & Platters for your food however you are welcome to bring your own. 
It is the parent organisers responsibility to be aware of any food allergies and cater for this. 
 
Parking 
We have limited parking behind the salon, however there is a free car park in Watchetts Road a few minutes walk from the salon. 
 
Timings 
Parties are 1.5 hours (1 hour Pamper session & 30 Minutes Eating) 
Please arrive and leave promptly to allow turn around times to run smoothly for parties before and after. 
 
What to bring & Whats included 
We provide: 
- Robes to be warn during the party 
- Plates, napkins, cups & cake knife 
- One heart shaped balloon for the birthday girl/boy 
- Props (Optional) We have Princesses, frozen pop up, Taylor Swift and Stitch cardboard cutouts and a barbie box you can use at no additional cost, just let us know whether you would like us to put this out for you. 
- Bubble machine to use 
- All beauty and hair service products 
 
What you may want to bring 
- Party Bags 
- Adult drinks 
- Birthday Cake 
 
Photography 
We would love to share photos of your party across our social media pages, please let us know if you would prefer us not to. 
 
Invitations 
You can download our invitations from our website or pop into our salon for some paper ones.
