A £20.00 per person per service deposit is required to secure your booking.

Our Bridal Team is a seperate team & division of our business therefore we will not accept bookings for a wedding unless you are attending as a guest only. 
 
We only accept special occasion bookings 2 months in advance.

Trials are charged at £60.00 per person for each Hair & Makeup at our Hair & Beauty Salon 
Terms 
 
Trials take place at our Hair & Beauty Salon on Weekdays between 9am- 3pm.

Payments: We require a £20.00 per person deposit at the time of booking to secure your date with the remaining balance being due on the day of your booking. 
The deposit will be deducted from the total amount due. We will send you an invoice for this once availability with our team has been checked. 
 
Cancellations by you: Deposits are forfeited on cancellation by the client in all cirumstances. 
 
Cancellations by Catherine Taylor or her team: In the unlikely event that Catherine Taylor or her team are unable to attend your booking, Catherine will refund the amount paid in full and will try to find a substitute make-up artist/hair stylist. 
 
In the unlikely event that Catherine Taylor or her team are unable to attend a trial, she will, at first, attempt to reschedule. If that is not possible, Catherine will recommend an alternative artist and refund the deposit. 
 
Catherine Taylor and her team will always do their utmost to attend booked all appointments but is not responsible for any consequential loss or damages due to being unable to attend. 
 
COVID- 19 
If your booking is cancelled due to a Covid 19 Lockdown we are happy to assist in moving your booking to your new chosen date at no extra cost.  
If you cancel your booking all together you will lose your deposit.  
 
Once we have received this booking form we will check our availability with our team and get back to you within 48 hours. If we have availability we will send you our account details for your deposit. This will need to be paid within 48 hours to secure your booking. Please note that your booking is not secure until we receive your deposit.
